Colorado Wedding Company can provide you the support you need throughout the process so that your wedding remains exciting, fun and never stressful! At this level Colorado Wedding Company services your every need from concept to completion.
Our skilled team will help you make your vision a reality. We will ensure that you get the most bang for your budget and make your event shine. You can count on us to help you make this milestone occasion one that you’ll remember positively for years to come.
This includes:
- Facilitating discussions and planning sessions so you can tell us what is important to you and what you envision for your wedding day
- Creating and managing your budget, prioritizing your dollars
- Concepting the look and feel of your ceremony and reception
- Providing and managing the wedding planning timeline and keeping everything “on track”
- Securing the right vendors in every category that fit your individual needs and budget
- Working directly with all vendors to ensure they provide you with everything you need and want
- Executing the day of your wedding. We’ll be at the ceremony to help organized the attendants, cue the musicians, help the bride and make sure the groom is breathing
- Setting up and executing your reception. We’ll make sure everything is set up as you envision it, assist the vendors, attend to the guests, manage the timeline and ensure that your wedding day is 100% worry free.
- Closing down the reception and ceremony sites. We’ll collect all personal items (gifts, bouquets, guest book, etc.) to return to you the next day or at a time that works for you after the wedding.
- All you have to do is make your grand departure as husband and wife when the reception concludes!
Total Cost for Full Service: 10% of your overall wedding budget ($4,000 minimum)
