Support For Your Special Day
The day of your wedding should be all about YOU – the bride and groom. This is the one day of your life where stress should not be in your vocabulary. No matter how well the event is planned and how much detail goes into the wedding day, something ALWAYS goes wrong, so let Colorado Wedding Company manage all of the details, logistics and the issues that will arise.
We will work seamlessly to ensure that your special day goes smoothly so that you can focus on having fun. This way, you will remember all the special moments of the day and not wedding planning details.
For the day of the wedding we will:
- Work with you before the wedding to get a list of all the vendors and the details you planned with them
- Call all of your vendors to let them know we are the point person
- Arrive early to confirm that everything is being set up as you envisioned
- Put out all of your place cards
- Set up your guest book
- Make sure the musicians set up where you want them
- Confirm that your photographer and musicians have their list of photos you want or music you want played
- Coordinate all of the attendees, parents, officiant at the ceremony – line everyone up for walking down the isle, make sure the boutonnières are pinned and bouquets are in the hands of the right people, make sure programs have been distributed, work on the lighting (if applicable), make sure the photographers are where they need to be and the family is seated correctly
- During the reception we work with any on-site event managers for the timing of the food, timing of the cake cutting, first dance, etc.
- Confirm that you have a cake knife and glass of champagne for cake cutting
- At the end of the night, we pay all your vendors with pre-arranged checks and collect all of your presents and personal items so that you and your family can enjoy the entire night and not think twice about any details
